Vaest Dish

VAEST is an exquisite ceramic collection with a beautiful and functional style that takes us back to the 1960s. The spikes and matte glaze give the series elements a raw expression – an exciting contrast to the Scandinavian style characterised by natural colours and natural materials. The bowl looks highly decorative on the dining table when filled with seasonal fruits. With its unique details, the bowl is like a small work of art that adds style and character to any room.

The series is handmade in Portugal, where the products are cast in a mould and hand-polished by skilled artisans, after which they are dried and fired for the first time in a 1050 degree Celsius kiln. The products are then glazed and fired again at 1000 degrees Celsius.
